Policies for Returning Students, Cancellations and Refunds
Returning Student Policy
Students can have a 20% discount if they are taking a class that they have already attended and are willing to help assist in the understanding of others in the room. I will need to talk to people who are choosing this option in advance to make sure their skill sets are solid enough to assist in the room. Please ask me if you are interested. Cancellation Policy
If the Conscious Systems class that you have signed up for does not seem helpful to your personal process for any reason, you may have a refund of your money within 2 weeks under the following conditions:
- You must leave class before lunch on the first full day of presentation. You must verbally tell Melinda Wilkins, the event coordinator, or Dr. Mark Dunn that you are leaving.
- Prior to leaving, you must hand in your name badge, any and all class notes and handouts which were given to you when you arrived in class. You must erase any and all recordings in our presence before you leave.
- In addition to returning all documentation, you must give Dr. Mark Dunn written feedback as to why you left the class- this will need to be received via email before you receive your refund.
- If you paid for the workshop with a credit card, we will refund the amount paid minus 3% for credit card processing fees.
The spirit of this offer is that I understand that not all learning situations are valid for all people and their paths. I offer this so that they can spend their time and money on something which works better for them. Also, I believe that a group learning together in this type of material is a unique and sacred experience. I would rather have a room full of people who are solidly choosing the experience so that we can learn together and benefit from each other.
Refund Policy
Deposit Refund Policy:
Participants will be given 90% of the full class cost back when they cancel 30 days before the class start date.
Participants will receive 75% of the full class cost back when they cancel between 30 to 15 days to the class start date.
Participants cancelling anytime on or after 14 days to the start date of the class will be given 50% of the full class cost.
All refunds can be applied in full to future events which occur in 1.5 years from the originally scheduled event. If the price of the new class exceeds the cost of the refunded class, a balance must be paid to make up the difference. Exceptions will be considered on an individual basis.
